Refund and Returns Policy

As our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns. We do not cancel or refund orders once they have been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. K’Cyrus will not issue refunds for orders shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer. K’Cyrus will not refund items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, however they can be resent out if they are returned to sender( buyer pays postage fee ).


If your item arrives damaged or faulty please reach out to customer service within 48 hours of your parcel arriving with photo evidence. Please note, if you opt to choosing ‘Standard Shipping’ and your product is damaged during transit, K’Cyrus will NOT be held liable for any damage caused during shipping. If you opt for the ‘Tracked and insured’ shipping, k’Cyrus WILL be held liable for any damage caused during transit and you will be refunded for the damaged item(s) or sent a replacement of the damaged item(s).
